Bidaya separates what is proposed, approved, funded, delivered and verified in use. The distinction matters because money spent and work completed do not automatically prove that a project is useful.

For a learning space, verification can include safe facilities, an appropriate operator and evidence that the space is in use. For a water system, it can include testing, measured output, an operator handover and later functionality checks.

Our public records are designed to show the latest evidenced stage without presenting planned work as completed impact.

This is an organisational note about Bidaya’s reporting standard. It does not describe a completed field project.
